Canadian Returns
$15 CAD flat rate for returns and exchanges within Canada. Start your return or exchange through our returns portal and a prepaid label will be generated for you - the $15 fee is deducted from your refund.
Please reuse the original packaging where possible, and include your packing slip or a note with your name, order number, and items being returned or exchanged. Ship within 2 business days of starting it.
Prefer to arrange your own shipping? Register your return or exchange in the portal, select 'own label', then reply to your confirmation email with your tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges
Start your return or exchange in our returns portal - it takes a minute, and you don't need to email us first. Your label is issued straight away; any return shipping cost is shown before you confirm and is deducted from your refund.
Within 5 days of delivery - refund or exchange on any full-priced item.
Within 10 days of delivery - exchange or store credit.
Items must come back unworn and in original condition: tags attached, free of animal hair, and neatly folded. Please include your packing slip, or a note with your name and order number.
Sale items are final sale and we don't offer price adjustments. Preorder items are eligible for exchange or store credit rather than a refund.
Anything not covered here - a faulty item, the wrong piece, or a return outside these windows - email returns@gillianstevens.co and we'll help.
All returns and exchanges must be registered with us before anything is sent back - through the returns portal, or by email and we'll set it up for you. Parcels sent outside this process cannot be accepted and will be refused.
