Returns Policy

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on any full priced item. Please email returns@gillianstevens.co within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

If the 5 day window has passed, you will be eligible for an exchange/store credit up to 10 days of receiving your order.

All items must be received back in original condition, with tags attached, free of animal hair, and neatly folded. Please include your packing slip or a note with your name and order number.

Any items purchased on sale are final sale and not eligible for a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our policy.

Preorder items are only eligible for exchange or store credit, not a refund.

Canadian Returns

$15 CAD flat rate for returns and exchanges within Canada. Start your return or exchange through our returns portal and a prepaid label will be generated for you - the $15 fee is deducted from your refund.

Please reuse the original packaging where possible, and include your packing slip or a note with your name, order number, and items being returned or exchanged. Ship within 2 business days of starting it.

Prefer to arrange your own shipping? Register your return or exchange in the portal, select 'own label', then reply to your confirmation email with your tracking number.

How do I return my order

Start your return or exchange through our returns portal, or email returns@gillianstevens.co to arrange it directly. Please reuse the original packaging where possible, include your packing slip or a note with your name, order number, and items being returned or exchanged, and ship within 2 business days of starting.
Are any purchases final sale

Anything purchased on sale will be final sale and therefore not eligible for a return or exchange. We do not offer price adjustments.

Gift Cards are final sale.
Return Shipping Costs

Once your return has been received, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return policy requirements. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

It may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

The return postage fee, if provided, will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Duties & Taxes on returns

Duties & Taxes are included in the product price on international orders. If your return is accepted, the entire amount (excluding shipping) will be refunded to the original payment method.
LOST & STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery.
We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
