Ordering from the UK felt tricky until lovely Eva helped me out! She was so patient with my questions on sizing and really helpful. I ended up ordering the Penelope Trench and Townes pullover and they fit perfectly. The tax and duties are included at purchase which made it simple.

Gillian Stevens is where I get 99% of my wardrobe now. I have always had a great experience with them. I’ve ordered often and only had one time where there was a shipping delay- I am not in Canada, and had an issue with customs. But I reached out and they very quickly resolved all issues.

On a more personal note- I can’t say how helpful the sizing details/measurements on the website are. As well as the try on videos showing various sizes on Instagram! I have had a positive change in health that resulted in weight loss- and I still love all of my older GS pieces. I feel like they’re thoughtfully designed to look good on anyone at any size.

I absolutely love the quality of the linen from Gillian Stevens Studio. The fabric is gorgeous and has a wonderful weight. The linen textures and patterns are so well curated and look beautiful together. I wear my pieces daily and always receive so many compliments.

These pieces have become the hardest-working parts of my wardrobe and seem to only get better with time.

I recently bought a second pair of the same linen shorts, and after comparing them side by side, I could hardly tell which pair was brand new. Even after countless washes and constant wear, the older pair has held its shape and texture so well which really speaks to the craftsmanship and durability of the fabric.

It's clear this is a small business that genuinely cares about its customers and stands behind its products.

LOVE all my GS clothes, quality is perfect and everything is so flattering and photogenic! Prices have gone up for me in Switzerland since taxes are included so I have to sit on my fingers a bit more but I still buy things because it is my favorite brand. I am often dressed in GS top to bottom;)! Contact was friendly and helpful.

The quality of Gillian Stevens clothes is amazing. The pieces are thoughtfully designed, look and feel really good on, and the fabrics are truly a dream come true. The first piece I ever bought was the Geraldine sweatshirt on ebay, it was before I knew the brand, and was a random purchase, and I wasn’t sure if it would really work for me. However that sweatshirt got me obsessed. It looks great while also being roomy and relaxed. I’ve gotten so much wear out of it! Since then I’ve been a true fan. The only thing I struggle with is the subscriber newsletter early access to when things launch, which I’ve emailed already many times about. I don’t want to bug you all about it anymore, but it still doesn’t work for me and I wish it did.
In my dream world you guys would offer more neutrals that aren’t black or white.

I discovered Gillian's clothing in January of 2025. As a sensitive person, which includes sensitivity to fabrics, I was delighted to find clothing that is soft to the touch, flowy and always comfortable. I try to live my life with intention and quiet and mindfulness ~ so, slow fashion is important to me. Gillian's whole process feels intentional, intimate and kind...with the fabrics she chooses, the designs suiting all body types and how she engages with her community online pre, during and post production. For the past year I have let go of most of my previous clothing and filled my closet with her timeless, capsule pieces from every season. Her clothing is all I wish to wear going forward!

Shopping online was easy and the garment measurements were very helpful. When I reached out to return/exchange for a different color, Eva assisted me and was extremely helpful and friendly!

Amazing service as always with any sizing questions I have. Any past order discrepancies have been dealt with instantly, the team are incredibly understanding and kind.

I love all of my Gillian Steven’s pieces. They are staples in my wardrobe, and you can find me in at least one if not two items at all times! Eva has always been incredibly wonderful and friendly when I needed help with exchanges or size insight! I appreciate her help so so much! I love all of the styling inspo that Gillian shares on instagram. The only feedback I have would if it would be possible to open the studio for appointments on weekends occasionally (a saturday or sunday here and there). I can do weekdays, but my shopping buddy gal pal cannot, and we would love to come by the studio together! Overall, keeping doing what you are doing!🫶🏻
