All orders ship from our studio in British Columbia, Canada.
We ship with Canada Post & Purolator on domestic orders, and FedEx internationally.
When your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking.
Please ensure that the address and phone number provided are accurate.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages damaged during transit.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
We offer Free Shipping for the following regions on orders over:
Canada: Over $400
US: Over $400
UK: Over £250
EU: Over €250
Australia: Over $475
For the rest of the world, we offer a flat rate $30 shipping on orders over $400.
DUTIES & TAXES
All international orders are delivered duties paid (DDP), which means that it's already included in the price at checkout.
There are no extra fees on delivery.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We are a small studio team, and all orders are thoughtfully packaged by us. Our typical processing time is around 3 business days, however during periods of new collection launches or sales, processing time can be up to 5 business days.
Please note that we pack orders Monday-Friday between 8:30am-3:30pm. Our studio is closed on weekends and holidays.
